The Cleanse, Day 1
Day 1 of the Cleanse. I had my Arbonne smoothie for breakfast, teriyaki tofu at Asian Express in Midland for lunch, and some whole grain tortilla chips and salsa (love that!) for dinner. I was surprised at how my appetite was diminished. I felt full most of the day, not hungry at all. I had to make myself eat dinner.
The other thing I forgot was how many trips to bathroom I make during the cleanse! Upping water intake definitely has its consequences!
Since I am already caffeine-free from the last time I did the cleanse, I’ve experienced no withdrawal symptoms. I’ve already gotten used to decaf coffee – in fact, I had a full leaded cup a few weeks back and I was jittery and dizzy from the caffeine.
No major change in the body sensations yet – still feel kind of bloated versus lean.
