The Cleanse, Day 10

The magic of melatonin for sleep.  It doesn’t work for my husband, but it does for me.  It helps me fall and stay asleep and wake up rested.  The difference a good night’s sleep can make!   I woke up early, ready to teach and for my busy day.  On slate today the St. Mary’s health fair all day.

So I energized up with my Arbonne smoothie before class, and after teaching I spritzed on some body spray to mask the smell and went straight to St. Mary’s.  Right as I walked in the door, Robin informed I was on to speak in 10 minutes (she had forgotten to tell me what time I was on when we had spoken)! I put my stuff down and then did a 25-minute wellness check-in for the group before going out to set up my Nia display.  Handed out some free class cards – hopefully we’ll have some new people come try it!  It was really fun to meet all the people, hear their weight loss and health challenge stories.  I am always fascinated by the body’s power to heal.

Luckily they had popcorn, so that was my lunch.  And, there was a wonderful juice lady there who healed herself from cancer, so I got to try her tasty juices.

I was starving by the time I got home, so I had an Amy’s dinner.

It’s starting to feel like habit now.  I find I am not thinking that much about food, or what I’m going to eat next.  I seem to have found a rhythm and a groove with this.  It is becoming easy, dare I say!
